Yoga Maya Rising is a 501(c)(3) religious non-profit our mission is to provide programming for “Modern Mystics with Mission Hearts, to Love and Serve All, for the Healing of the World." Guided by the timeless ideal of Unity in Diversity modeled by the teachings and culture of the Sri Ramakrishna/Sarada Universal Temple in Ganges, Michigan—who inspired and blessed our organization—we celebrate the ultimate oneness of all religious and spiritual paths through community gatherings, devotional song, and outreach.

Our mission is to support Kirtan and Sacred Song and share the teachings the harmony of the world’s religious traditions.

Full Moon Kirtan • Michigan
Full Moon Kirtan is the Yoga Maya Risings long-standing monthly event.
Since the summer of 2011, Trevor and friends have been holding an open-mic-style kirtan free of sectarian teachings and open to all who simply wish to enjoy chanting in a welcoming community.

Donations keep events open to all without a cover charge and support the growth of our mission to support non-sectarian Kirtan and Bhakti practices and Universalist perspectives of yoga and the world's wisdom traditions.
